We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To request a return or refund, contact us at auragamacontact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond with instructions.

• Items must be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

If you are located outside the European Union, contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
